Shipping policy

Welcome to our merchandise site! We run this in a volunteer capacity through our firefighter local, Pasco County Professional Firefighters Local 4420 and Firefighter Charities of Pasco. 

All items will have a processing time of approximately 14 business days, not including supply delays that may occur. This may possibly be reduced or slightly extended depending on order numbers. We are not amazon, but we are doing our best!

Once the order leaves the warehouse, we cannot guarantee timeframe for delivery as it will then be in the courier's hands. In the event you do not receive your order, you can reach out to merchandise@iaff4420.org for a follow up.
